My Response To "The Doherty Institute Modelling": (Please Note: This is in no way a criticism of Professor Peter Doherty who I have great respect for. I also read and learn from both Professor Peter Doherty's books and also his many very informative social media posts. And from what I have read that is written by Professor Peter Doherty, I assume and I hope that he would also agree with what I am stating). As regarding the "Doherty Institute Modelling" 70%-80% vaccination percentage, the initial first major danger to public health and safety and to society and the future of Australia, is that it does not include adolescents and children, and it must do so to be both accurate and to save them. And in April this year, the mRNA Pfizer–BioNTech COVID-19 Comirnaty COVID-19 Vaccine tested their safe and effective COVID-19 Vaccine on adolescents, and it has proven to be up to 100% successful in preventing COVID-19. And today the United States Of America FDA has given full approval to the mRNA Pfizer–BioNTech COVID-19 Comirnaty COVID-19 Vaccine, which will also now begin to make it available and accessible for young children to be necessarily vaccinated against COVID-19, using the safe and effective mRNA Pfizer–BioNTech COVID-19 Comirnaty COVID-19 Vaccine. So adolescents and children in Australia must also now be vaccinated against COVID-19, and also included in the 70%-80% vaccine percentage of the "Doherty Institute Modelling". As it is undeniably vital and extremely important that adolescents and children in Australia must be vaccinated against COVID-19, and also undeniably included in the "Doherty Institute Modelling" vaccination percentage of 70% to 80%. Otherwise the "Doherty Institute Modelling" vaccination model is inaccurate, and it will deliberately and knowingly sacrifice the health and safety and lives of children! As the COVID-19 Coronavirus, especially the current extremely infectious COVID-19 Delta, is extremely dangerous, harmful, damaging and deadly to children. So adolescents and children in Australia must be vaccinated against COVID-19, and children must be included in the "Doherty Institute Modelling" vaccination percentage of 70% to 80%, as we must not sacrifice the health and safety and lives of children and the future of any Australian child to the extremely dangerous, harmful and deadly COVID-19 Coronavirus. And in the "Doherty Institute Modelling", besides the undeniable need to also include adolescents and children in their 70% to 80% vaccination model, in order to save the lives of children, there is also no such thing as living with COVID-19, there is only the undeniable practical and necessary goal of eradicating COVID-19. And "The Doherty Institute Modelling" cannot and must not equate the COVID-19 Coronavirus as being like the flu again. Because the COVID-19 Coronavirus is an extremely dangerous and deadly virus that is potently and horrifyingly killing millions, and also permanently harming millions of people globally. So our goal in Australia and globally must still always be the complete and entire eradication of the COVID-19 Coronavirus. As right now globally we are halfway in this extremely infectious and deadly COVID-19 Global Pandemic. So once we are only using safe and effective vaccines, like the now FDA fully approved mRNA Pfizer–BioNTech COVID-19 Comirnaty COVID-19 Vaccine, then we can necessarily morally make COVID-19 vaccinations mandatory in Australia. And in determining the percentage goal of Australians to be vaccinated, adolescents and children must always be included in the 70%-80% percentage modelling of "The Doherty Institute Modelling", which also now needs to be necessarily and immediately increased to a 90% vaccination model target of all Australians. And once again we are in a dangerous crisis in Australia at this halfway point of this extremely infectious and deadly COVID-19 Global Pandemic. So besides mandatory COVID-19 vaccinations and face masks, lockdowns are also an inevitable and vital part of surviving and ending this extremely infectious and deadly COVID-19 Global Pandemic. So the 70%-80% COVID-19 Vaccination target of "The Doherty Institute Modelling" must also undeniably now include adolescents and children, and also be increased to a 90% vaccination goal. Whilst strict public health and safety orders and policies must remain, including lockdowns whenever necessary. As the fact Victoria had over 720 new COVID-19 Coronavirus cases per day last year in 2020. And then through a state lockdown Victoria managed to then get down to zero new COVID-19 Coronavirus cases per day, whilst eliminating any new COVID-19 Coronavirus hospitalisations and deaths, proves the necessity, effectiveness and success of state lockdowns in Australia. And finally regarding tonight's statement by "The Doherty Institute Modelling" that we should live with the COVID-19 Coronavirus. That is a false and very dangerous statement to make. As we must not adhere to the dangerous political view of living with the harmful, hospitalising and very deadly COVID-19 Coronavirus. As our only option and goal both nationally and globally is to do whatever it takes now to necessarily end this extremely infectious and deadly COVID-19 Coronavirus Global Pandemic.
